  • To connect, use a Remote Desktop Connection Tool, Once opened enter the IP/Name provided in the email into the Host/Computer field and click connect, after that you will be asked for login credentials, enter them and you will be connected.

    Windows 7/8/10 : Click Start and search for "Remote Desktop Connection" in search bar. Ater opening the software, follow the procedure mentioned above.

    Mac OSX : Open App Store and search for a software named "Microsoft remote desktop". After downloading the software, follow the procedure mentioned above.

  • Our RDP servers comes with many pre-installed softwares such as IDM, Mipony, uTorrent, chrome, Firefox, Java, Thumbnail me, filezilla and many more.

Does this plan comes with full admin access? Can i restart the server if needed?

  • This plan doesn't come with full admin access. Your admin privilege is limited to software installation, running admin access required softwares only. Accessing server network comfiguration,computer management etc is strictly not allowed.
    You are not allowed to restart the server yourself. It is strictly prohibited. If needed, just contact support team, they will schedule a restart.

What if i want to upgrade my plan or need to extend my storage?

  • It is quite simple. Just create a ticket to sales department for upgrading plan or extending your disk storage.

Can i use VPN on the above plan ?

  • No, VPN are strictly prohibited on any shared rdp plans. If found,your account may get suspended. If you want to use VPN, buy a private rdp plan instead.
